Terms and Conditions
1) Refunds: Cancellations on or before Tues, Oct. 30 receive full refunds less $25 admin fee per ticket. By 1pm, Fri, Nov. 2: full refund less $25 admin fee per ticket plus $30 catering fee, per day per ticket. After 1pm, Fri, Nov. 2: no refunds.
2) Babysitting: The conference does not provide. Some parents have hired private sitters to be with nursing infants. A separate room is provided for parents with infants to watch/listen to a webcam video of the main room presentation. Out of respect for other participants, parents whose kids make noise in the main room will be asked to move to the "babies room." Refunds are not available for those parents.
