“Stress and distress is to mental illness as damp and dark is to fungus. It makes it grow. However, love and light-heartedness is to mental illness as sunlight and dry is to fungus. It eradicates it.”
                                                      Sydney Banks, The Enlightened Gardener

The engine under the hood of the human experience works the same for everyone; its function is governed by the logic of 3 Principles – Mind, Thought and Consciousness.  The more we live in harmony with these principles, the more love and light-heartedness we experience.

Dr. Bill Pettit, a psychiatrist, and his wife, Dr. Linda Pettit, a counseling psychologist, have over forty years of combined clinical experience teaching an understanding of the 3 Principles.  During this 2-day training, Drs. Pettit will share the simple hopefulness of these 3 Principles, research from neuroscience and mental health, and profound clinical stories.  Join them for this light-hearted conversation about how to live with more love and joy in the present moment, regardless of past experiences, present challenges or future uncertainties.

Recent Seminar Feedback
I let go of so many schmutz feelings.  I felt injected with so many hopeful feelings.  Mental illness doesn’t exist when you find your own health.  There is so much hope there and I can reach it.  It’s so enlightening to feel that we don’t need to be so involved in our thinking.
